Moving Back

In two weeks time I will be heading back to Chicago, the city of grey lake water, endless sidewalks, rough and tough winters, and old fashion mid-west charm. My plans for moving to the capital of Texas have been put on hold, Austin will have to wait for now. The feeling in the air is bittersweet, "at least you tried" my mother said. All I can do is keep trying, trying to figure my out my path, along with facing some detours, twists and turns.
